Terms for SMS communications from Emtelnet Specialists, Inc. (ESI).
By initiating a text conversation with Emtelnet Specialists, Inc. (“Emtelnet” or “ESI”) or otherwise providing consent, you agree to receive text messages related to customer service and support, appointment scheduling and reminders, service/job updates, and project updates.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the services or projects involved. Typical volume may be approximately 10 messages per week, but actual frequency may be lower or higher.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and from you, depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.
Opt out and help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email accounting@emtelnet.net.
Consent and purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We send messages only when you initiate a text conversation or have otherwise provided authorization.
Privacy

Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
